Chapter 04: PDF Account Statements & Business Reports

Generate clean, professional PDF reports to share with customers, accountants, or keep for your personal business audit.

📄 1. Generating Customer PDF Ledger Statements#

1. Open any Customer or Supplier profile.
2. Tap the PDF Icon at the top right header.
3. Select the Date Range:
   • This Month
   • Last Month
   • Last 3 Months / Year
   • Custom Date Range (All Time)
4. Tap "Generate PDF Report".

The generated PDF includes:

• Your Shop Name, Address & Contact Details at the top.
• Detailed date-wise table with Debit, Credit, and Running Balance.
• Total opening balance and closing outstanding balance.
• Signature box for legal authentication.

📊 2. Full Shop Summary & Daybook Reports#

Need a total summary of all shop collections today or this week?

1. Go to the Reports / Dashboard tab.
2. Tap "Download Daybook PDF" or "Overall Udhar Summary".
3. View complete breakdown of:
   • Total Market Udhar (All customers combined).
   • Total Supplier Dues.
   • Total Cash & UPI collections today.
4. Print via any WiFi or Bluetooth printer, or save directly to phone files.
