❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)#
Q1: Can I see profit for a single specific vegetable (like Tomato only)?
Yes! In the Profit report, you can view profit margins item-by-item to see which vegetables are making you the most money and which ones have high spoilage losses.
Q2: Can I print or download reports for my CA / Tax filing?
Yes! Every report screen has a Download / Print option that generates a clean, printable PDF or exportable sheet.
Q3: Why does my profit seem different from the cash in my pocket?
Profit is what you earned on paper from your sales margins. If your customers bought vegetables on Udhar (Credit) and have not paid yet, that profit is sitting in their Customer Khata (Receivables) until you collect the cash.
