Look at the top header of the app:

🟢 Green Status (Online / ऑनलाइन):
Your phone or computer has an active internet connection. All sales, payments, and stock changes are instantly saved to the secure cloud.
🔴 Red Status (Offline / ऑफ़लाइन):
Your mobile internet or Wi-Fi is disconnected or weak. The app is running smoothly in Local Memory Mode on your device.

🔄 3. How Auto-Sync Works When Internet Returns#

You don't need to press complicated sync buttons. The app handles everything automatically in the background:

As soon as your phone catches mobile network or connects to shop Wi-Fi, the app automatically wakes up.
A small status bar at the bottom will show: "Syncing 8 offline transactions...".
Within 2 to 3 seconds, all your offline bills, payments, and purchases are uploaded to the cloud server.
The top header turns 🟢 Green, and your data is permanently backed up!

🛡️ 4. Golden Rules for Mandi Staff During Offline Mode#

To keep your offline data 100% safe:

Do NOT Clear Browser History / Cache: While in offline mode with unsaved transactions, do not clear your browser data or uninstall the app.
Do NOT Log Out While Offline: Stay logged in until your pending transactions have synced to the green status.
End-of-Day Sync Check: Before going home in the evening, make sure your phone is connected to internet for at least 1 minute so the top banner shows 🟢 Online (Synced).

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)#

Q1: If my cashier makes 20 bills offline on his phone, will I see them on my phone?

You will see them as soon as your cashier's phone connects to the internet and syncs. Once synced, his bills immediately appear on your owner dashboard!

Q2: Can I send WhatsApp bills while offline?

WhatsApp requires internet to deliver messages to other people. However, you can still print physical thermal paper receipts on your Bluetooth printer offline. When internet returns, you can also re-send the WhatsApp bills from your Sales History tab with 1 tap.

Q3: What if my phone battery dies while offline?

Don't worry! All completed bills were already saved into your phone's permanent local storage. When you charge and turn on your phone, everything will still be there and will sync as soon as you have internet.
